Chip's investment interests cover companies building data infrastructure and developer platforms for AI application builders and operators, and Agentic Business Applications. He is the longest serving non-founder board member at MongoDB and is also a co-founder and investment partner with XFactor Ventures, a Flybridge NextWave fund focused on investing in companies founded by women. Before co-founding the firm in 2002, Chip was a General Partner with Greylock, a leading venture capital firm he joined in 1994. Chip received a BA with honors from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar and a Ford Scholar.

He serves on the Harvard Business School faculty where he teaches Launching Technology Ventures, a popular MBA class on entrepreneurship and AI. Prior to co-founding Flybridge, Jeff co-founded Upromise, a loyalty marketing and financial services firm that was acquired by Sallie Mae and was an executive team member at e-commerce pioneer Open Market (IPO 1996). Jeff's written three books, including his latest – The Experimentation Machine: Finding Product-Market Fit in the Age of AI.

Jesse spotted the remote work revolution over a decade before COVID. As an early WeWork executive who helped scale the company to 4,000 employees across multiple continents, and later as an angel investor with a 16x portfolio MOIC, Jesse has consistently backed transformative companies reshaping how we work, collaborate, and build community. In the last few years, Jesse's focus has turned to investing in Full-Stack AI Native Applications. Jesse became a General Partner at Flybridge in 2016 and has been an integral part of the last three funds leading investments in companies like Arcee, CarEdge, Chief, HiFi (acquired by Square), Imperfect Foods (acquired by Misfits Markets), Splice, and Teal.

Anna is also founder and Managing Partner of Boston's National Women's Soccer League team, launching in 2026. Previously, she co-founded and led two successful companies: Dough Collective and Fashion Project, both acquired after distributing funds to over 2,000 organizations globally. Daniel began his professional career as an entrepreneur, founding a fintech savings company called "Monedero." This company was selected to participate in an acceleration program by Google and was recognized as one of the top 10 most promising fintech startups in the country in 2018.

Understanding first-time founder challenges from her own experience building Tastemakers Africa (with Flybridge as a seed investor), she hosts the First-Time Founders Food Club, a monthly dinner series. She is the co-host of "It Just Got Real" podcast with Hannah Donovan and has been featured in Forbes, TED, TechCrunch, and Condé Nast Traveler. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Morgan State University and prior to entering startupland held various roles in international organizations like CARE, the CDC, and CIMMYT.

Prior to joining Flybridge in May 2009, Matt spent six years at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he specialized in venture capital and private equity auditing. Before PwC, Matt spent two years at Babson Capital serving in various accounting and finance roles. Matt graduated cum laude from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kassie is the senior accountant at the firm where she leads the accounting for the management company and assists the CFO in year-end processes. She also manages payroll and company benefits. Prior to joining Flybridge in June of 2019, Kassie spent a year in the finance department at TJX companies where she worked within both accounts payable and sales audit. Previously, she spent 3 years at Precision Athletic Training as the Accounting manager. Kassie graduated from Florida Southern College in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training.

As Finance Manager, Scott manages fund accounting, investment valuations, the overall audit process, preparation of financial statements, and other investor reporting materials. He also oversees the firm's portfolio company reporting database. Prior to joining Flybridge in October of 2023, Scott spent five years at General Atlantic, a New York based private equity firm. Scott started his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP in their Audit practice serving large and small private equity clients. Scott graduated Summa Cum Laude from Sacred Heart University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies from Springfield College.
