Transformed what was a classic product research business into one that delivered ML-powered insights for the largest CPG multinationals on the planet. Also led the integration of Harris Interactive within Nielsen.
Prior to Nielsen, led the U.S. business groups of Harris Interactive, a $140 million information services firm. At Harris, led the development of new monetization and media placement strategy for the 1 billion eyeballs a year generated by The Harris Polls' compelling content and insights.
At Radius Financial, an online financial services startup, created a successful marketplace where small businesses could get fairer interchange rates. Took the company from zero to $250 million in transaction processing and engineered a successful exit.
At J.D. Power, contributed to its early stage growth which resulted in a $400M acquisition by McGraw-Hill. Created and launched a first-of-its-kind online reporting system that executed and managed customer experience surveys through an online portal replacing a product that used to come in four-foot stacks of paper binders.
