Mark is the co-founder and CTO of BoxBot, a robotic service that delivers packages to your door.
Mark has worked with drones, self-driving cars, transportation and logistics since 2004. His experience includes a 5 year drone project for the Office of Naval Research, the DARPA Urban Grand Challenge, a startup acquired by Google’s self driving car project and he founded Automa. Automa was a Berkeley based startup dedicated to making transportation networks more efficient through the use of machine learning algorithms. Recently, Mark worked at Uber as a Software Engineer and Product Manager.
Mark received his MS and PhD at UC Berkeley specializing in Control Theory, Mathematical Optimization and Machine Learning.
