Prior to Decipad, Kelly spent several years at Facebook and LinkedIn where she built and scaled a range of products across ads, creator and marketplace businesses.

Kelly got started in the early-stage ecosystem at a video technology company where she operated as the VP of Platform Strategy and helped the company achieve a successful IPO exit.

Kelly lives in Brooklyn and is an active early-stage investor.
