Dr. Kreisbeck is passionate about disruptive technologies and bringing transformative solutions to the commercial world. He co-founded Kebotix in 2017 and joined the company as Chief Product Officer to build out the world’s first commercial autonomous materials discovery platform.
Between 2014 and 2016, Dr. Kreisbeck worked as a software developer on spearhead projects on self-driving cars. As he likes to say: “From self-driving cars to self-driving labs”. He is an accomplished scientist who holds a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Regensburg (Germany).
Prior to his appointment as a senior researcher at the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Harvard University, he was a postdoctoral scholar at the Humboldt University of Berlin. Dr. Kreisbeck is an expert in theoretical and computational modeling of novel materials.
Among other academic achievements, he is the lead architect of the high-performance software ‘GPU-HEOM’ which has been used by about 200 scientists worldwide.
