Rajat Bhargava serves as co-founder, Chairman, and President & CEO of JumpCloud, the first Directory-as-a-Service. As President & CEO, Rajat provides strategic direction for the company as well as an intense focus on execution.

Rajat is an eight-time entrepreneur with five exits (two IPOs and three trade sales) and three companies that are still private. He is co-founder and Chairman of MobileDay, a mobile one-touch calling application, and co-founder and board member of Yesware, an email productivity service for salespeople.

Rajat was co-founder, Chairman, and President & CEO of StillSecure (acquired by SilverSky and Versata), an enterprise network security software company. He was previously co-founder of Quova (acquired by Neustar), the market leader in Internet geolocation. Prior to Quova, Rajat was co-founder of Interliant (IPO and subsequently acquired), a roll-up in the Web hosting space. Rajat was also co-founder of Service Metrics (acquired by Exodus Communications), an Internet infrastructure monitoring company. Rajat started his career in 1994 by co-founding NetGenesis (IPO and subsequently acquired), one of the original Web-site analytics companies. Rajat is a graduate of MIT, with a degree in Electrical Science and Engineering.
