Monique Guimond is a MBA candidate at MIT’s Sloan School of Management who worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2016 and continues to support the firm as a Flybridge Fellow focused on identifying student-led investment opportunities. At MIT Monique runs the MIT $100K Entrepreneurship Competition, which stewards dozens of the top ideas across MIT through three annual competitions, mentorship programs, and non-dilutive venture funding.
Prior to arriving at Sloan Monique was one of the first employees at a healthcare design startup focused on building interventions that improved patient outcomes. In her five-year tenure she set up and built out operations and worked to expand the business model, helping the company grow to over 50 employees and three offices abroad.
Monique hold’s a B.S. from Georgetown University in Global Health and has spent time conducting research for the Ministry of Health in Uganda.
