Liz is Chief Marketing Officer of The Red Door by Elizabeth Arden and President of The Red Door At Work. The Red Door is the leading national Salon & Spa brand. Originally founded over 105 years ago by the preeminent female entrepreneur, Elizabeth Arden, The Red Door Salon & Spa currently operates 28 national brick and mortar locations. As President of The Red Door At Work, Liz oversees the B2B service channel of the company and technology division of The Red Door, the first omni-channel beauty services company.

Liz co-founded Manicube, a mobile beauty services company serving the corporate market, in July 2012. Delivering 15-minute manicures to working professionals at their office, Manicube was the first in-office service focused on making working women’s lives easier. Liz scaled Manicube to serving over 300 corporate clients, including Fortune 100 businesses across New York, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco. Manicube was acquired by The Red Door by Elizabeth Arden in November 2015, and re-branded to The Red Door at Work.

Prior to founding Manicube, Liz was the Marketing Director of BeautyBar.com, a prestige beauty e-commerce site owned by Quidsi and acquired by Amazon.com, where she handled all strategic partnerships, customer acquisition and customer engagement initiatives. She launched the Sample Society subscription product in partnership with Allure magazine. Previously, Liz worked in financial services as a Senior Marketing Manager at American Express where she had P&L responsibility for the co-branded Delta Air Lines card portfolio. Prior to Amex, Liz was the Founder & CEO of Lewis Albert LLC, a women’s designer fashion brand based in New York.

Liz holds an AB Degree from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
