ASSOCIATE POSITION JOB DESCRIPTION

Firm: Flybridge Capital Partners is an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in exceptional entrepreneurs to build market-leading technology companies. Position: We are seeking to hire an Associate who will report directly to the partners of the firm.  The ideal candidate has a B.A. or B.S. in a technical field from an top institution and has completed up to two years at a strategy consulting firm or a startup.  Experience and demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship is a plus.  He or she should have excellent analytical skills, research skills, business judgment, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.  This individual should be a self-starter and should have strong leadership potential.

Responsibilities: The Associate position at Flybridge encompasses most aspects of the deal lifecycle.  Specifically, the Associate will assist team members in conducting market analysis and due diligence, portfolio management, and internal operations.  The Associate will interface regularly with the partners of the firm and participate in partner meetings.
